Practical information

Conference Invitation Letter

The conference organizer issues invitation letters to registered participants who need a document confirming their registration and participation — for example for a visa application, institutional approval or funding. Letters are issued only after registration and payment have been confirmed. An invitation letter supports your visa application but does not guarantee a visa; decisions rest with the embassy or consulate.

How to Request an Invitation Letter

  1. Register and payfor the conference.

  2. Complete the request formon this page with the attendee's details, using the email address used for registration.

  3. Receive your letter by emailwithin 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed and the request details are complete.

Submitting the request does not by itself mean the letter has been issued. Visa requirements depend on your nationality; check the current rules with the embassy or consulate of the United Kingdom well in advance and apply as early as possible.
