Registration is open to accepted presenters and to listeners who wish to attend without presenting. Choose your participation type, complete the form and pay online or by bank transfer; your place is confirmed once payment is verified.

In person

Presenter

for accepted authors presenting in person. Student and Regular tiers; a valid student ID is checked at check-in for the Student tier.

In person

Co-Author

for co-authors of an accepted paper who attend in person, added to the presenter's registration. Co-authors named on a paper who do not attend are not registered and pay nothing.

Live online

Virtual Presenter

for accepted authors presenting live online. One fee, no student tier.

In person

Listener

attend in person without presenting a paper. One fee, no student tier.

Each attending co-author and each additional listener is registered as a separate attendee with their own badge and certificate.

Good to Know

Abstract submission is free.
Group discount: Groups of 3–5 participants receive a 10% discount, while groups of more than 5 participants receive a 20% discount. For more information, please contact us.
Tax: Applicable taxes are included in the fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY — In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately the registration fees are not refundable.

A registered participant may be substituted by a colleague at no extra charge if we are notified in writing before the registration deadline, and an in-person participant may switch to virtual participation by notifying us before the conference. See the Terms & Conditions.

What is included in the fee?

See "What's Included" above: sessions, certificates, the Abstract Book and, for in-person participants, the conference bag, lunch and coffee breaks and the Oxford tour. Accommodation, travel and visa costs are not included.

Can I pay on site?

No. All fees are paid in advance by card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. Provide your billing details before payment; if your institution needs a pro forma invoice first, use the link above.

Can I register on behalf of someone else?

Yes. Choose "Someone else" at the start of the form. You receive the payment confirmation and receipt; the attendee receives the badge, certificate, programme and joining details.

Which co-authors need to register?

Only co-authors who attend. Add them in the form at the co-author rate; each gets their own badge and certificate. Co-authors who do not attend pay nothing.

Can I bring colleagues who are not presenting?

Yes. Register as a Listener and add additional listeners at the listener rate.

What certificates will I receive and when?

Registered participants receive a certificate of participation; presenters also receive a certificate of presentation. Certificates are issued after the conference under the conference schedule, which is communicated to participants.

How long does bank-transfer confirmation take?

Allow 3–5 business days after the transfer for our team to match the payment. Your registration shows as awaiting verification until then.

When will I receive the programme?

The programme is prepared from accepted and registered presentations and sent to registered participants by email when ready.

How do I correct my details or request a missing document?

Contact us with the attendee's name, registration email and order reference. See Help & Support.
