Use this page to respond to a reviewer request, request a change to an existing submission, or send a full paper for an abstract you already submitted. Do not use it for a new paper.

Sending an update does not mean it has been approved or applied. Our team will check the submission, deadline and requested changes and email the outcome. Until we confirm a change, your existing submission remains the current version. Updates may require further review and may not be possible once programme or publication files are finalised.

Send the complete revised material and your response to the requested changes. Reviewers may assess it again. Revision does not guarantee acceptance.

Until 23 April 2027, and while the affected output is not locked

What to expect

Explain what changed and why. If review has begun, the team may defer or decline replacement. Changes after acceptance may need reassessment.

A few weeks after the conference

What to expect

Quote your original submission ID and upload the paper. This is not a new abstract submission and does not by itself confirm proceedings or journal publication.
